Since 2019, my family and I have resided in the Jackson building. Recently, we sadly moved out. Throughout our time there, Jake from the concierge team has consistently provided exceptional support. He often went above and beyond his responsibilities to address our concerns promptly and effectively. His personality and friendliness are truly remarkable, and we cannot praise the level of customer service and support he offered us enough.
We would also like to extend our appreciation to the entire concierge team for their excellent services provided to all residents in SLS. Your dedication is commendable, and we are grateful for the outstanding service you deliver.

Since I have moved in recently the conceirge service has unequivocally been top-tier since day one. All of the conceirge staff in building 472 and 486 have always been so friendly and exceptionally helpful in resolving all of my administrative and move-in related issues.
I also wanted to commend Jake (as well as the broader conceirge team) on the absolutely outstanding customer service during my move-in into the building.
Jake went the extra mile to ensure I understood all the steps involved and also was highly efficient in scheduling and rescheduling the dates.
His great customer service, attitude and friendliness definitely made my move into the building seamless.

I have to give a special mention to Vijaya Sainju, the friendly receptionist. Vijaya goes above and beyond his duties with a joyful spirit and an uncanny ability to handle inquiries efficiently. Any issue which I have had since living here has been promptly dealt with by him personally. His dedication and friendly demeanor bring a unique sense of warmth and community to the Square, making it more than just a place to live, but a home.
